New patients may need to wait a few months for an appointment. Hours are Monday-Thursday 7am-6pm and Friday 7am-5pm. Dental services include cleanings, dental exams, dentures, extractions, fillings, oral hygiene instruction, restorative care, root canals, sealants, and x-rays. Services are provided on a sliding discount based on income and family size. A minimum copayment is required at the time of service. Medical Assistance is accepted.

Accepts Medical Assistance for emergency care only for Dane County residents (broken teeth, loss of crown, etc). Patients must be able to come into the office on the day they call. Hours are Monday through Thursday 7:30-5pm and Friday 7:30-5:30pm.

Dental cleanings, x-rays, sealants, and oral hygiene instruction. Phone hours are 7:30-3pm Monday-Friday during the school year (SeptemberóMay). Limited appointment times are available (7:30-3pm M,W, F and T/R will be added in February 2011). Appointments take 3 hours. Medical assistance is accepted.

Monthly time set aside for MA clients. Must be a patient to get on a waiting list. Office hours are 8-4pm Mon.-Fri. A new waiting list is started every three months (first 200 callers are taken). Must call on first Monday from 8-9 am to get on the waiting list. Some type of payment is required at the initial visit. Services include routine cleanings, examinations, fillings/restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, and dentures.
